We’d like to let you know that FleetCrew is fully operational, both in our vehicle hire and maintenance services. Our opening hours have remained unchanged and would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your ongoing support.
As we are navigating through these unprecedented times, alongside our fellow Australians, we’d like to assure you that we place great importance on the health and safety of our customers and our staff. We are taking great care in implementing strong and stringent protective measures, as well as more flexible arrangements in bookings, deposits & cancellations in order to best serve you.
I have a booking and would like to cancel it. What are my options?
We are conscious of the need to make concessions for our valued customers during a time of imposed restrictions. In the event of a cancellation, we usually allow the transfer of the deposit to a future booking within a 12-month period. Now, given the current circumstances, we have decided to waive the expiry limit for transfer.
If you cancel your booking you can be assured that you will retain its value for use at any date in the future. We will honour the daily hire rate given at the time of your original booking. Please ensure that you keep your original booking confirmation and quote the reference number when re-booking.
How thoroughly are you cleaning the vehicles in-between hire?
In view of the current Coronavirus outbreak, FleetCrew have implemented rigorous cleaning measures, in addition to our normal extensive cleaning procedures for the protection of our customers and employees.
Sanitising stations are placed at all entries and exits of all sites for our staff and guests.
Outer and inner door handles are wiped prior to entering vehicles.
All relevant areas and surfaces inside vehicles are sanitised eg. glove box handle, drink holders, dashboard, handbrake, steering wheel, indicators, keys etc.
What can I expect from FleetCrew moving forward?
We are here to support the essential services of Mining, Construction, Government Agencies, Transportation, Agriculture, Gas and Utilities, Automotive Mechanical and all other essential industries. We will continue to provide our top quality 4wd hire vehicles along with great customer service within the social distancing protocols.
With our renewed policies in place, we will continue our operations in a safe and sustainable way for the benefit of our staff, customers and community.
