For our commercial customers, we have a 1-day minimum hire period. For our recreational customers, we have a minimum 4-day hire period during Easter, a minimum of five days during the Christmas/New Year period and a minimum of three days at all other times.
The longer the hire period, the lower the daily hire rate for each vehicle is. Therefore our long-term daily hire rates are much cheaper than our 1-day hire rate.
Yes, you can use your own insurance. A certificate of currency noting Commercial Fleet Rental Investments Pty Ltd t/a Fleet Crew as an interested party will be required.
Yes, we have qualified vehicle detailers who can provide Weed & Seed washes on our hire vehicles and are authorised to provide certificates. Please note, if you require a Weed & Seed Certificate, you must make this request at the time of booking as an additional fee applies.
Yes, subject to availability for short-term hires. The set daily rate includes all reporting requirements distributed to the designated person approved by your company. If you require additional reporting, we can work with you to discuss your needs and, if necessary, agree on an additional charge.
No, we are conveniently located at 296 Milton St Paget QLD 4740, which is 2km from the arrivals car park at the airport. We provide free transfers during business hours with a prior booking.
All our vehicles in Mackay are 4WD and have mine specs. However, we do allow you to hire these vehicles for recreational purposes.
Yes, we can provide programmed site-specific VHF and Digital UHF radios. Please request at the time of booking.
Yes, we have both 2WD and 4WD 12-seater buses with various mine specs that you can drive with a standard driver’s licence.
Yes, our ute hires Macky has an after-hours drop box located to the left of our front reception. Simply park the vehicle in the car park outside the office and follow the instructions on the box. Please note you will need to organise your own way to the airport when returning after hours.
