Using our on site washbays, we are able to clean vehicles and provide our customers with Weed and Seed Declarations as per Government Regulations. Our crew are also accredited to wash, inspect and sign off on Mobile Plant Hygiene Inspection Reports for sites controlled by Arrow Energy, QGC, Santos and Origin Energy.
Preventative Maintenance carried out by trained, skilled mechanics. Our team are experts in the maintenance of mining, construction, 4WD vehicles and fleets and as such have more in-depth knowledge than a standard mechanic of the requirements of these vehicles.
In partnership with Industry experts, our mechanics are trained to provide full fitouts for customers. After providing us with the cab chassis, our mechanics and partners can add specifications tailored to your specific requirements.
All our light vehicles are fitted and approved for all above ground mine and construction sites.

For our commercial customers, we have a 1-day minimum hire period. For our recreational customers, we have a minimum 4-day hire period during Easter, a minimum of five days during the Christmas/New Year period and a minimum of three days at all other times.
The longer the hire period, the lower the daily hire rate for each vehicle is. Therefore, our long-term daily hire rates are much cheaper than our 1-day hire rate.
Yes, you can use your own insurance. For long-term hires, a certificate of currency noting Commercial Fleet Rental Investments Pty Ltd t/a Fleet Crew as an interested party may be required.
Yes, we have qualified vehicle detailers who can provide Weed & Seed washes on our hire vehicles and are authorised to provide certificates. Please note, if you require a Weed & Seed Certificate, you must make this request at the time of booking as an additional fee applies.
Yes, this is no problem for long-term hires (with sufficient notice and subject to availability for short-term hires). The set daily rate includes all reporting requirements distributed to the designated person approved by your company. If you require additional reporting, we can work with you to discuss your needs and, if necessary, agree on an additional charge.
No, but our depot is located at 25–27 Asucan Crescent, Garbutt, which is just a short five-minute drive from Townsville Airport. Transfer options can be discussed at the time of booking during business hours.
All of our Townsville hire vehicles are 4WD and have mine specs. However, we do allow you to hire these vehicles for recreational purposes.
Yes, we can provide programmed site-specific VHF and Digital UHF radios. Please request at the time of booking.
Yes, we have both 2WD and 4WD 12-seater buses with various mine specs that you can drive with a standard open driver’s licence (must be 21 years or older where insurance by hirer is not selected).
We are in the process of establishing an after-hours returns process. If you require an after-hours return, please call 1300 551 400 to discuss with our team.
When on long-term hire, we keep in regular contact with you to monitor upcoming scheduled maintenance or to arrange repairs as required. When we identify the need to conduct servicing or repairs, we work with you to determine the most convenient time and location to have the work carried out.
If your vehicle is nearing its next service mileage or requires maintenance, please phone our maintenance team during business hours on 1300 421 531. Please note, it is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure maintenance of the vehicle is carried out when due.
If you have an accident, after making sure everybody is okay, please give us a call on 1300 551 400 and follow all the normal necessary procedures to document the incident. We are here to assist and will work with you to make all the arrangements, including towing if required. All our vehicles are registered with RACQ with 24-hour breakdown assistance coverage all over mainland Australia.
